Mr. Ostrow’s practice areas include tort defense; commercial litigation; business law, including formation of corporations and limited liability companies, and general business counsel; and technology law, including copyright counsel, domain registration issues, and website content issues. Mr. Ostrow provides general counsel services in these and other areas to numerous small businesses that do not have an in-house general counsel. In addition, he has litigated in the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (NVICP), which provides compensation for adverse reactions from certain vaccinations.
Mr. Ostrow is a member of the Federalist Society and other professional associations. He was appointed to the State Bar of Michigan's Representative Assembly in 2007 and elected to a full term in 2008. In addition, he participates actively in several nonprofit community organizations, including serving as a founding member of the Board of Visitors at the Kiski School, from which he graduated in 1992.
