William H. Heritage, Jr.

Mr. Heritage concentrates his practice on business and corporate law, tax-exempt and nonprofit organization law, immigration law, asset protection, and tax law.  In addition to Michigan state and federal courts, Mr. Heritage is admitted to practice before the U.S. Tax Court and the Supreme Court of the United States. Mr. Heritage is a member of various professional bar associations, including the American Immigration Lawyers Association.

Mr. Heritage served as an editor of the Michigan International Lawyer as well as being a published author and lecturer in the areas of corporate and international law. He was a contributing author to the Yale School of Management’s book, Generating and Sustaining Nonprofit Income (Jossey-Bass, 2004).
