Mr. Paasch has extensive experience in the legal profession, having served as an attorney at several well-respected law firms in the Grand Rapids area. He has represented clients in a variety of complex legal matters, including insurance litigation, construction litigation, employment litigation, contract disputes, and real estate matters.

In addition to his legal expertise, Mr. Paasch served as a police officer and sergeant for over a decade, providing him with unique insight into the justice system. He has received numerous awards for his outstanding performance, including Officer of the Year in 2009 from Walker Police Department.

Mr. Paasch is a cum laude graduate of Western Michigan University's Thomas M. Cooley Law School and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Cornerstone University. He is a member of the State Bar of Michigan and has been elected to the Bar’s Representative Assembly.

Outside of his legal practice, Mr. Paasch is actively involved in his community, serving as an adjunct professor of criminal law at Grand Valley State University (August 2020 to May 2021) as a member of the City of East Grand Rapids Zoning Board of Appeals.
